<ServiceInformation>
<DescriptionText><text>
This indicates that the slipsheet picker has failed to reach a
vacuum level that indicates a slipsheet is grabbed. This error is
only reported for media that are marked as "Delicate" using the
media type parameter. While it is possible that the plate gets
scratched it is equally possible that the plate is fine - operator
can hit resume to have the device try and pick the slipsheet again.

<Cause>
Repeated failures suggest problems with the vacuum generators, the
air lines and/or the mechanical alignment of the slipsheet picker
hardware. The other issue is that the threshold set for "slipsheet grabbed"
is inaccurately set - check the value set in: nvs.cfg.val.slipsheet_vacuum_threshold.
